Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at Luci.store.help@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.

I entered the wrong address what should I do?
Please email us immediately. We can update the address if the order has not yet shipped. Luci is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, Luci ships within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.

My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive my package.
Please check with your local carrier or delivery location first. Luci is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale and final sale items are not eligible for return.
