Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Items must be free of stains, odors, deodorant marks, or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to the customer.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
- Email Luci.store.help@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
- Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions via email
- Ship your return using a trackable shipping method
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
All sale items, promotional items, and items marked final sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Luci is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item following our return process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.
